I like the subject's composition and the fact you got his face well exposed. I was having a hard time the other day with similar lighting conditions.

This isn't your fault but the background doesn't appeal nor compliment your subject.

The sun must have come out from behind a cloud at least long enough for this picture!
Again this looks really good. I like the X being made in the middle by the guitarist in juxtaposition with the railing. I agree that the background is not fantastic but I think it is what it is and isn't truly a detriment either. General composition is sound and it conveys the moment effectively. Again, good work John.
