Hey Tuna! Long time no see!

This is a really weird picture(in a good way of course). More so the background then the focal point. The records hanging, the white fence surrounding the old, what looks to be, pontiac, and the gesture and expression on the guards figure which is also created(or was for me) by the picture. It's rather nice. I wonder what he's looking at?

    Cya later!

There seems to be some kind of yellow coloring on the neck and arm of the security guard. Was that how he looked? I feel safe just knowing he was there.

Too bad all the people who know how to run this country are busy running taxicabs or cutting hair.

looks soft to me. Interesting subject, but not the usual thought-provoking black and white I'm used to seeing from you, Tuna.

Maybe a tad soft in some spots due to catching it on the fly/sly but still captivating.

    B/W version:

The elderly guard, classic car, vinyls all speak to a time that is no more.

Tuna, good to see you on. I prefer the color version of the picture although I'm not sure why.You have captured the guard in a thoughful moment.

Isn't it great how one photo can mean so many different things to different people. I like the b/w version better. It all seems to busy when in color but the composition of the subject is enhanced when in b/w. Now it all becomes about, "what is he thinking?"

I agree CF, Seems to be less distractions in the B&W. The colors on the back wall take away some in the color version. Both keepers for sure though...
