    The angle is a little weird, but I think the apparatus is too dark and out of focus. It really needs more detail.

    Yeah the angle is a bit funny.. Also it could probably be in a better spot. The picture is a bit boring how it is now.

    Sometimes ordinary images can be turned into something interesting by manipulating color, composition, or emphasizing detail but I don't see that happening here. You might want to try those things. I think this image is too dark and its elements are limited to start with.

    The darkness of the hinge is too harsh in contrast to the soft white wall and ceiling, especially with the angle of the hinge coming towards you.

    I guess I know what you were trying to do. I would like it with better image quality and lighting though.
