    It is a really nice composition and you did a good job finding this but the light, background and sky are nothing special. You should try this in a variety of lights and weather conditions, I'm thinking a sunset with a ski boat in the water would make this great.

    Yeah I wish the weather was better on that day and it was my only chance. Now I am 10000 km away from this place again, no reshooting

    no it is not Great Yarmouth, this shot was taken in Vietnam.

    I too think your composition is great here. The lighting in the sky, background, and fg is very much the same making the image a bit "flat" You do have some dynamic looking clouds and I would think that you could bring this up a notch wth some editing in PS or whatever you use. Especially since you cannot get back there agin too soon, I would take what you have here and do the work to bring it up some.
