    Great Scott! . . . I've Been socked!

My dear friend's newest family member. He was socked to prevent any more scratches on his face from his fingernails. Quite a handsome little prince for being less than 12 hours old.

Hands . . . Feet they all seem to look the same under sock! Thanks for the kind words Payn. Mama is indeed happy with the picture.

Nice soft lighting. Makes me feel like taking a nap. I thought the title might have meant that someone hit ya, glad I was wrong. Good use of socks too

I agree with GB...though violence was going to be featured in this thread. I love the shot, almost a journalistic feel to it. Nice colors of yellow, white and blue, and definately a beautiful subject!

    Well done!

Sorry about the specter of violence insinuated by my title. I didn't think about that till after I had posted it.

Thanks for all of the nice feedback everybody. He's such a sweet little baby though it would have been hard to take a bad picture of him that day.

Guess I am a little different. ;) Thought it may have something to do with socks and I was right. Great pic, CL. The colors being nice and on the soft side help this a lot. Just a beautiful baby. Congrats to the parents.
