Just a snapshot of the grand canyon(of the yellowstone)

Drew,

No doubt a breath-taking site, the mist hanging over the gorge, the colors, deafening roar of the water falls but the image seems to lack depth. I see two dimensions, it looks flat, the sky lacks definition. Not sure what causes that but that is what I see.

yeah, it was a very flat day, completely overcast. I think that's the reason, plus i also did not manipulate the image at all afterward.
