    Gotta Have It!

Taken at a festival a few weeks ago, my granddaughter wanted to eat this balloon. Grandma kept her at bay.

John, this immediately brought a smile to my face and so the moment and your capture work for me. I think you could raise the levels and brighten up the shot a little more, or dodge light on the subjects. I like that moms head is above the tent in the bg and that both she and baby are between the two green patches of foliage in the bg.

This brought an immediate smile and recognition as a view any parent will remember or appreciate - nice capture.

Could do with a little editing to make it more vibrant - seems a little flat - composition for me is spot on.

What a powerful image. Everything is great about it except maybe some aliasing on the balloon (could be my browser).

Thanks Roger....I'll work on it some, and see if I can bring it a little more to life.

Nope, your browser is ok......I see the aliasing myself, which I hadn't noticed before. I'll have to send it thru IrfanView and try to get rid of it. Thanks.

Yes, John. You did mention that in the thread and I missed it. btw, another cool thing about this is that the little one is wearing pink as the balloon is pink.
