    God Bless America

Saw this on the side of the freeway when we were heading back from the coast.... we had to go about 10 miles out of our way to go back to get this pic, but I think it was worth it.

    What do you think?

Well worth the trip. I like the pano treatment, but the top half of the pickup and partial trailer kind of spoil it IMO....still.....an excellent capture.

I can try cloning them out.... cropping them just seems to ruin the pic for me

I agree about cloning instead of cropping. Just hope you're better at it than I.

Good shot. But I honestly like the original one better, this looks a bit too saturated, and the sky becomes blown. I think the original looks a lot more real. Definitely worth the detour.

You did a good job here. But I do feel that the bottom corner is a bit untidy with the cut off truck.

i also like the colors/levels better on the first one, but i also thought that the truck needed to be cloned out. maybe the trailer is fine if there needs to be something in that empty space, but not the truck.

    Re: God Bless America

The panoramic format is very nice. I would sharpen it up a bit and perhaps play with the levels or whatever. I do like the second posting better, but think that the sky sort of overwhelms it. If you could mask that or something and tone it down a little I think it would help.

    Re: God Bless America

Pic was well worth the detour for me. The pic without the pickup and trailer makes the pic more "clean". Don't think anyone would have said anything about that corner had they not seen the truck and trailer. There is plenty points of interest to catch one's eye. Perhaps the whole truck/trailer, if included would have better given more "balance" to the scenc. Just my opinion
