I like the rhythm of the balustrades and the light contrasting with the ant-like busyness of the walkers.
I think if you would crop the bottom slightly, so that the white line would start completely in the lower right hand corner, and do the same with the top, cropping so that the handrail or the white line finishes in the corner, the picture would be even more striking.
And I quite like the slight graininess of the exposure too. And of course, it's b/w!
I was thinking to myself..where is this freakin mall?!?! but then I realaized that you're from hong kong..Good shot though. Great composition. And the angle you shot it is good as well. It was done with a DSLR wasnt it? It could use just a little bit more contrast. Great photo overall though.
