    Glacier Park Butterfly

I am still getting to learn how to square up on the butterflies ...their antennae seem to always be out of focus (even at higher apertures). But, I think this ended up being a pleasing image ...what could have I done better?

I love the idea behind this image but after rotating vertically think it works much better the other way up.

I have another version that is rotated as well. This was as it appeared in nature. Thanks for the feedback!

I really love the colours you've achieved in this shot. the clarity is also great. i think the word is ambiance. this shot has a lot of ambiance.

    Great image

    the warm light is wonderful

I'll like to see a closer crop, since you seem to have darkened the top and bottom, why not just get rid of those areas?
I'll also would rotate it horizontal, while it maybe upside down in nature it is hard to appreciate

About the antenae, either you shoot with enough DOF from farther away and then crop
or another solution maybe to use multiple shots at differente focus points and use a focus stacking software to join the images, you need to have the time to shoot multiple times, also a tripod to achieve soemwhat precise allignment, no wind, etc ...
