    There is a lot of good possibilities with this but,(the word that brings trepidation) I think it is just too cluttered.
    The girl has a very photogenic face and I don't even mind the shadow patters but the over exposed top of hat, the whatever that appears to sit on her shoulder and the muddle of clothing/furniture/blanket ? just give us no reference to what this is about.
    Not that it needs to be about something...just needs to give my eyes a clue.
    The title gave me expectations that aren't met.

    ps...I'd have taken the shot too and hoped for the best.

    i didnt even notice that it looks like it was on her shoulder..

    it was a shopping cart that she was sitting behind, thats why it appears to be on her

    I love the title. It tells about the character you saw in the girl.
