    Too bad that stinkin' pole is right in the middle of the top....

    I'm also thinking you could use a little more space above the birds. I like the movement and the highlights on the wings. Looks to me like you did a pretty good job in what appears to be lousy light.

    Don, they'll be down here soon.

    fortunately for the hunters.. they always stop in and around Katy, Texas (rice paddies for want of a better description) and you can bet the hunters will be out in their snow white camo's just waiting to take a few "shots."

    maybe i'll try to see what i can do when they get here. ("ducking" quite a bit i have no doubt.)

    MB--you are right about that pole. I should have cloned it out. I'm going to make a better print.

    that's interesting--we live at one end of the migration path and you at the other.
