Your composition is the strength of this image. Your placement of the figure is really nice. I would like to see more of the water since this is a fountain.

I wish you had warmer light, more depth of field and hadn't cut off the top of the cupola.

I agree with MB1. Hard to find where the focal point is and either less dof or more would help. Less If the point of focus is on the statue face where it should be with more too.
