    Fountains at Epcot

I took this shot (among others...heh) when we were leaving Epcot on our first day in FL. I love fountains.

    Re: Fountains at Epcot

I can't really explain what i would do to improve this as I do not know what other oppurtunities were available to you, butlooking at this image I can tell you that i feel there is too much dark area at the bottom ( might have been more interesting if it were being lit up by sunlight and the white water and crystal drops were more evident) and the trees in the bg are troubing this as well. Perhaps if there was only one tree and it were positioned right under one of the fountains arcs. Maybe positioning yourself over to your left some more and focusing in on one arch and placing the one tree under it with less pool in the fg might been more impactful. It's not too bad, but I think you tried to capture too much, more than what was needed to be effective.

I agree wit hGary but I must say, it's a great image. I love how all the drops are caught in the sky and the texture of the water in the fountain itself. You had blast, didn't you?

John, we had a GREAT day...

Gary & D...thanks for your thoughts on this. Gary, I see what you're saying, and actually I have more shots that I got from these fountains...I may see if one of those is a little closer to the mark. D...we had so much fun.
