    Fountain of youth

Caught this kid adoring this fountain. I was doing the same a few minutes before he arrived

From further observation, i actually concluded that this was a clock. a weird clock. The red lights went from 1 to 12 around the circle. That was the first hint, then at 30 minute intervals the fountain would get 'semi-wild' , second clue. I don't think it's print and hang material. I just like it! your comments appreciated as always.

I like it, but the background is somewhat distracting, I think it has some serious potential with slight color corrections and bringing out details in some shadows (of the little girl).. possibly gaussian blur in the background with a carefully applied gradient mask in the foreground and back of fountain? (to simulate bokeh)

I like the concept and fountain colors as well as the flow of the water. I don't care for the background especially the guy with the red jacket or the light pole sticking up in the background in the middle of the frame. To me a distraction.

some burning, selective desaturation and brightness adjustment would help the things abiciriderback specifically pointed out

It's a wonderful photo. You have captured a very special moment that I think some people have missed. Thats the boy's captivation and wonderment with the fountain. The same thing that captured you not a few minutes before.

My only critique is that you didn't capture the expression on the boy's face. Might be hard in these days and times perhaps, but still, I think if you had caught that, it would make it printable and hangable.

    Good job none the less.
