At 10mm things got weird.Distortion.Is that a total distraction? Can the building be saved? What do you think? Tear it down. Don't hold back.
    I'm here to learn.

This is not too bad at all Rick.
The distortion you refer to in fact provides the image with a certain amount of impact to an otherwise pretty ordinary shot. The two trees add interest too.

I have a total lack of respect for anything connected with society, except that which makes the roads safer, the beer stronger, the food cheaper, and the old men and old women warmer in the winter and happier in the summer. Brendan Behan

I love night photography and this is a great shot.I like to feel and the colors.
In my opinion you should straighten it based on the center line between the doors and try cropping the right side after straightening so there is equal distance from the edge of the doors to the edge of the pic on either side.

    Re: Foundation

I'm not seeing a major problem distortion wise. Yeah it does have some and it's more evident at the bottom left, but all in all I think it adds a dramatic effect. My complaints on the shot are that you should have been at the dead center point looking right at the line between the doors - you're so close, but it being just a little off like that looks like a mistake. The doors are also not centered in the shots. Ya really have to watch the geometrics with architectural shots like this.

Finally - it isn't bad, but somehow I wish you were in a little closer so that the viewer could see more of what was happening inside. It looks like an interesting design!
