A fork in Montmartre, Paris. Fisheye Corrected.

This is a fisheye corrected photograph (DXO) I took which I just finished editing up a bit. The colours are quite vivid, the result of colour profile editing, and the image was left with a bit of distortion to really envelop the eye. Hope you like it!

very nice subject. i love the colors, did you saturate the photo more in ps? the correction turned out very nicely too. great shot, makes my eyes split down the road trying to see both parts at once... i like it a lot.

I like everything about this shot except the wire (telephone?) that cuts into the shot at the extreme right edge.

I' agree with John -clone out the wire - it grabs my attention -other than that its terrific shot.

Very well... I cloned out the wire. To answer some previous questions: the saturation was changed, but slightly, the colours come from messing with channels and profile assignment. Another question was fisheye correction. It is taking a photo with a fisheye (distorted lens) and anti-distorting it .

Well done. The wire really did not bother me: the persons hand and arm in the lower left is more eye catching I feel. But I don't believe I would change it.

Good balance between correcting the distortion and letting it work for your photograph. The building on the left are still somewhat misshapen, but the average observer will just be caught in the nice view you have presented.

Strong color variety and lots of intriguing details!!

I agree cropping it would do more harm than good, and the clone tool would be a bit conspicious .

I like the photo, but my self would liked the hole corner building in the frame but I know it may of not been possible. and taking out the wire improved the photo. And to add to my wish list a wider more of panorama format.

I would too but I'm afraid its a long trip over the pond again from here. I'll make sure to resnap the pic when I visit Paris again .

You're post processing is great but the person on the left hanging in the frame takes a lot away from the shot. I would clone them out. Other than that I think it's a nice image.

    Very good shot.
It makes me feel that I'm actually there!

feel free to edit it, I haven't been able to clone the person out without it looking obvious. I can provide a high res version (for editing) upon request. PM me if this is the case.

This is great! Slightly oversaturated in the greens on my monitor, but I love everything else as is. As for the wire and leg, personally I couldn't care less. Modern cities have wires. And the leg reminds me that there is more outside the frame that I'm missing.

Congratulations, you've got me looking at fisheyes again.

Boy those colors just grab you by the throat and pull you right into the photo. I'm not much of a photo technician but what ever you did sure worked on this one. You proved to me on this one that you are a do as I do person not a do as I say guy. Superb image.
