    Forgotten Marina

    I shot this on a recent fishing trip. Bethel Island. The Delta

    Nice composition mostly-the power tower and lines on the left are a shame-but that sure is nasty light.

    I agree, the power tower would be so easy to remove.

    oh nice shot, and neat building. I think the powerline/tower is unfortunate, and some other time of the day would have been more flattering, the sky looks somewhat on the too bright side to me. I wonder how it would look if there was a hair more space on the left of the frame so the corner of the roof isn't cut off (maybe it's not cut off it could be my laptop display at the moment).
    but then...what do I know

    Good subject, Rick. The lighting is harsh, yes and the crop too tight. Still, the subject is interesting and holds my attention. Good eye.

    Thanks for the critique.
    After reviewing the exposure settings I found that I was shooting witth the E.V. +5.0. I forgot to reset after a night shoot.

    I appreciate the feedback.
