    Flowers and Puppies (Seperately)

    Hi,

Just got my camera not too long ago, so I'm still pretty new at all this. I plan on taking a course at the local college, just depends on when I get some time to do it.

The pictures of the puppy are a couple of the first ones I took with the camera, the one with the flower was taken while I was messing around with all the settings on the camera, trying out the different speeds, aperture settings, etc.

Let me know what you think, what could be improved on, and if it's utter junk, let me know that too ;-)

The fowers aren't bad but I'd crop out the ones on the right, leaving only the red and purple roses. Needs a little more space on left.
The first puppy shot has too much stuff and he has his chopped off.
I like the second one and would crop left and right to make it a vertical/portrait shot. Wish the eyes were as sharp as they are in the first one.

Nice shots. I like the last puppy shot the best. What a catch The eyes could be a little sharper - you should always make sure the eyes are the sharpest of models btw. A few distractions in the background, but forgivable

I like the flower shot also, but that red flower is sort of blown out in the middle.

Yeah, the puppy ones I just kind of caught him. The third one he was doing something wrong I'm sure, and was trying to look innocent.

    Thanks for the advice guys
