they all seem out of focus, could be my tired eyes, what is the pink one?

I agree, maybe the macro settings on your camera? They are close, but just not there.

I'd say they all have a very, very shallow depth of field. Colors look good.

Yes they are nice colors but the focal point is so shallow that its hard to find what is in focus. You need a smaller aperture to get more in focus unless this is how you wanted them.

took them with a Nikon Micro lens, so indeed there is a very shallow DOF, but they are not out of focus..
