    Is this better at f2.8 or f7 ?

    7 because all three flowers are in focus and the background is still blurred enough to not distract, but defined enough to give context.

    I vote 7. As cited I like being able to see more of the field beyond. The first composition is a bit jarring.

    I didn't want to prejudice you by saying I like the f7 better, too.
    Keeping the bunch of pink flowers in focus was important.

    Sigh. LOL. Im always odd one out, but I still prefer 2.8. For me, the background becomes distracting at 7 because its so much busier. But the flower facing the camera becomes the subject in itself. Both are beautiful shots.
