    I like that the focus on the flower is very good. The background is very nice as well, even though there is some faint whiter stuff around there which tends to mess with a nice crisp contrast between the flower and background. I would take just a tad from the right side of the image - I think there is too much of black space on that end. I also like the processing ...very nice.

    A few flowers today in the critique section. Often difficult to make a B&W with a flower, but here it looks great. I like the composition though I'd crop a bit off the left to balance it with the distance of the petal to the bottom of the frame. Whitening a bit of the petals might give it a bit more punch, but I like the negative space.

    Love it! Wonderful DOF. Nice detail throughout the flower, but maybe could use a little more contrast. A bit could be cropped from the right of the image, but that's just a nit pick. Very nice soft BG.
