    Ah Emily,

    Yet again you have captured an image I have been chasing around for weeks and have not even gotten close to. This picture totally rocks and you have every reason to be excited. Since we all like it so much please do us the honor of sharing your circumstances that helped you achieve this. Oh and since no one else has mentioned this, don't touch a thing, upload it to mpix.com, have it printed on quality paper and framed!

    CLK...thanks! This was taken from my back deck, actually. I've seen this hawk once this season, and today I was outside trying to take some of the bluejays that were flying around...and this guy swooped down into one of the trees. I took several of him just perching, and then he spotted something and flew down. I just managed to snap this and one other...the other one's not very clear though.
