    Fishermen at sunset

Shot these last night at Camp Far West lake. The bridge from my previous post is on the other side of the lake. It was a great sunset. I thought the guys fishing added to the photo. Trying to get the exposure correct was a challenge. I have others that are silhouette of the fisherman and foreground. What do you think?

I love 2 and 4. The silhouette in 3 is awesome too. I might crop out the bush in 4, but I think it kind of works in 2.

    Re: Fishermen at sunset

    I really like #1 and #3
#1 seems to pull me into a vast colorful space, great photo!
#3 I can see the whole figure of the fisherman and the sunset reflection is nice, a peaceful mood.

I'm trying got figure out why I prefer the previous ones and not 2 and 4
#2 directly into the sun so some colors go from saturated to burned, and the fisherman are cut buy the ground, part of a fisherman is blocking the reflection, half step to the left would have avoided this

#4 is better than #2 , I think just cropping the bush on the left would improve it

    Re: Fishermen at sunset

I like one and four best. Three is close but something about the duller colors make it less appealing than the other two.
Being unable to see the legs in two is the only thing that kills it for me.

    Oh! Keep th bush.

better exposure on the reflection and sun , we can see the whole presons, and the fisherman is not in the reflection

    Re: Fishermen at sunset

#4 is the one I prefer, I like the colours and the pose of the fisherman on the right
    Were they catching anything ?

Isn't it a cool thing in nature that the colours never seem to clash...

The last one is my favorite! Looks like he actually had something on!

I like #1 a lot for the color and darkness of the figures. I like the last picture as well. It seems to have the best composition overall.
