First Photos with My New .38 Semi-Fisheye Wicon

This wicon produces the effect of a 14 mm lens.

Don - I really like how wide they are here. But there is quite a bit of distortion/blur on the sides, and I'm wondering what is causing that?

Nice to see pix of the snow by the way

Thanks GB. I think it's just not a perfect lens and I'm going ot have to live with it. I only clearly noticed the blur on one photo. I guess if the lens is closed down, the blur on the sides might be minimized. It's a cheap wicon made by Kenko. It ended up costing $100 with shipping from New York.

I'm getting a wide angle tomorrow.....or supposed to.
I really like the third one. Its like two photos stuck together but not.

I like the Kildoron Stop photo. Everything about it depicts how cold it is: the cool bluish light, the graininess, the sharpness/crispness. All this is in sharp contrast with the bright sun and its shadows. (I think the man in the bus shelter is happy to feel some warmth. I know the feeling.)

I like the shot through the dirty bus window. Clearly (although it is not high quality) it has its uses and you have a good idea of how to use it.
    No, I DON'T need that.

Thanks guys. That's a woman in the bus shelter. They are heated.
