The grain is a little excessive. The focus also looks placed on the veggies and not the lady, and the bright hot spot at the window is distracting, would next time try closing the curtains or re-angling the shot to eliminate. Depth of field looks too wide, would try a wider f-stop to defocus the b/g a bit.
Otherwise looks like a good shot, with a good expression.
