Shooting some fields near Beit-Shemesh. I just drove out with my sister's boyfriend, and when I saw something I wanted to photographed I asked him to stop.
Of the three photos you posted, I like the composition of this one the best. The fence and the dirt trail lead you into the scene and provide an interesting foreground element.
Too saturated for me though and I think it detracts from photo.
With all three of your shots, people have commented on soft focus, over-saturation and high contrast, and mostly not in a positive way. If looking at these in a strictly "journalistic photography" way, then of course they are over the top, BUT, I don't believe journalistic or documentary photos were ever the real goal, and that this was meant purely as an artistic expression. When viewed in that light, all three of these work exceedingly well, in my opinion. They portray a vivid yet tranquil and even somewhat an ethereal dream world. This one is my favorite composition wise, followed closely by # 3.
Yairh20, I like what you've done and how you have created the surreal look, very effective. As I often don't like to see shots in frames for this it works and doesn't distract me that much. Well done. I'll check out the others too. S
