    I wish there was either a stronger subject in the foreground, or that the falls themselves were the subject, with the foliage blurred out a bit. Probably would have needed a tripod though.
    mostly Nikon gear

    I think the flowers and the falls are competing to much with each other and one should be the more dominate subject. Get closer to the flowers or more of the falls. A tripod and longer exposure would help bring out a feel of movement in the falls as well. Tough angle here, get higher next time. If you can? I understand first hand that waterfalls can be very restrictive with angles. Just some places you can't get.

    I agree the grass and the flowers are not a strong enough foreground subject as composed here to make the image work for me. Unfortunately it comes across as a focus error.

    background more in focus.....

    I rode my bike here today as the falls are a 5 minute drive, but a much better ride.

    I like the latter shots much better, but I'd like to see a little more space at the top of the falls.

    Thanks. There is a large yellow crane and a bunch of work going on at the top of the falls creating an eyesore.
