Falcoln and Kill

Well, I walked out of my house and happened to glance down the block, and about five houses down this fella was sitting on the sidewalk eating. Ran back in and got my camera. Took about 500 pictures standing in the street by the curb as cars went by looking at me like I was insane

I think this is a peregrin falcoln, I know we have quite a few of them here in Chicago, but I could be wrong.

The last picture is a crop of the previous picture. It was a very cold grey day, so my main problem is how dull everything looks.
