Hard to tell it's fake. It does have some strange lighting, but the lampposts and their lights seem real.

This is fairly believable. Looks like some of the better model train layouts I've seen. There is a name for this process, but I can't recall it at the moment (texture shift, layer shift, some kind of shift...). What intrigues me, is that the focal plane of the photo follows the street (diagonally) not the focal plane of the lens.
Maybe you could jot down some quick note on the process and how you achived the result in the post processing forum. I'd be interested in learning more about it.

Looks like it was taken with a tilt shift lens. I really like some of the images captured with atilt shift lens. In this image it would be nice to see the blown out areas darken to some degree maybe by using control points if your software has that option.
