That jet of water in the center really detracts from the shot. It pretty much obscures the best parts of the horse and rider IMO.

I agree that the jet of water is in the wrong place, one step to your left would have greatly improved this shot.

BTW that is a very difficult fountain to shoot because of the lighting and all the activity around and in the fountain. Your exposure is spot on and your color balance isn't bad at all. Just the composition is off a bit.
