Yoyo, you have a real eye for shape and dimension, and it shows here once again. I like this shot; it has a nice balance and relaxing feel to it (I suspect because of the B&W).

As usual you've handled the technical aspects with a visible degree of craftsmanship. The only thing that bothers me about this picture is the trash can (?) on the left side of the frame. Because it's a large, solid area of one shade essentially, my eye tends to get drawn back to it as I scan the frame.

I would probably crop it out, however, had there been no can there, I think having an "opening" to the bench area might've provided some extra interest in the frame....

    Hello Yoyo,

It's good to see some new work from you. I'd say that the background is somewhat too busy (mainly the wall and the second row of vegetation) yet I don't think that it could have been significantly blurried considering the position benchs take in place.

That being said, the first thing that grab my attention is your framing and the way you present your subject. It seems so obvious when looking at it yet I know for a fact that it's not an easy shot.

Then again, I'd say good work! (Say, I am still curious, which lense was used this time?).

The trash container is very distracting. The patterns are very interesting though.

    Thanks for sharing.

Love the foreground pattern and the idea. Trash is way too distracting. BUT, I think this could be cropped to eliminate the trash can and still keep the feeling intact.

Good stuff, I like your view on things.

How to tell the most experienced shooter in a group? They have the least amount of toys on them.

Hi Seb, Thanks for sharing your view. The shot was taken with a Canon 15 mm lens.
