    I bought this box in PA last weekend and don't know what to do with it...!

    It's rather static this way. Try some differnt angles and perhaps more dramatic lighting.

    I think that you have presented the subject well and that from a purely informative point of view, you have succeeded, we can read the label and see the dimensions of the box. I think that Chunk is right, you need to do more to make this object appeal to the viewer, I like what you have done with the lighting but it is perhaps a little strong, I would think about changing this in addition to approaching from a different angle.

    Nice box though and good luck finding something to go in it!

    I love that it was sold by the Abrasive Machine and Supply Company. I think that it would be fun to make a color copy and experiment with LAB in PS. It'll bring out the richness in the wood. Looks like it might hold a few cigars.
