Holiday Flower

I'm new to this site and DSLR photography. Great community of real afficianados that is very helpful and imformative. New Canon Rebel xs shot this photo almost by itself. What do you guys and gals think? Be honest.

I like it but I find the wording being diagonal to be a bit distracting and also the size of it seems mis proportioned to the rest of the image...... however, I do like the picture itself. It has a very warm feeling and I like that the tree lights are "glowing" - It also feels like it might be leaning towards the right just a hair, but it might be the text making me feel like that too.

Based on the alignment of the banister and the left edge of the photo, I don't think it's leaning Summer. I do agree about the text though, I think it's about 1/3 the size it should be, and the diagonal is distracting. If it were me, I think I'd place it horizontally in the top left corner above the tree.

I like th photo, but I agree on the lettering, but I would put it bottom left :lol:
