Slightly too faded in my opinion, the composition is nice and the foreground is very effective, a more subtle change is contrast from the foreground to the duomo could work. The foreground seems to be a little too distracting at the moment.
But as i said composition and quality is good, maybe you would have better luck with a longer exposure or using different color overlays.

I like the effect, just a little too much faded though. It works well though and a nice set of colors and your composition is bang on.
