    The microphone is too bright. The figure too dark. You have to do something to highlight the face.

    The white area in the bg is distracting, but can be cloned out. The subject is blurry, most likely from a slow shutter and the subject moving. The framing is fine and the moment captured good. As mentioned, the subject is not exposed well enough and could have benefited from some fill flash

    this isn't a salvagable shot, IMO. Just know what to do next time, and try to avoid placing black people against a dark bg, or just use fill flash. The face and most specifically the eyes are the most important part of the shot, and if they are blurred it ruins it. Its hard to get in focus images in low light, but the sweatshirt sleeve seems in focus, so if you shot enough youre bound to get at least one where he had stopped moving his head.
