    Nice captures here, Don. The angles and crops work for these. So does your personal style of pp. Well done. Like #3 the best.

    Hi Don .. what struck me immediately about the third was how, in 1919, Canadian folk were conscious of their Britishness.

    Don .. I know. In fact I was born in Canada myself but left when I was 4. I don't "feel" Canadian, never really having known it, but for a time I actually had both a Canadian and a British passport. I suppose I could still get a Canadian one if I wanted it.

    i like the 1st pic...the fence gives it a abstract feeling of distortion. I think you over sharpened a bit

    I just came to Canada in 1974. Canada hadn't patriated the consitution yet. It was still in England. But Canada was an independent nation. I have dual US and Canadian citizenship. However, if I were to cross the border, it's easier to show my Canadian passport than my US passport.
