Two boats with the lifeboat at Donaghadee

I realise the big orange one is the lifeboat and from the title I'm assuming it's the main subject. Is the smaller moving craft also a lifeboat? I guess it's confusing because the small boat is moving and my eye seems more drawn to it than the larger boat.
I've cropped it a bit to lose some of the foreground and tighten the focus to your subject(s).
I've passed through Donaghadee a few times but never had much time to take pics.
The cool lifeboats have lots of potential as do the many other boats around there I'm sure. Is it possible to get closer for some detail shots of the lifeboat?
