    Dixon Street Picasso

Street artist on Dixon Street in Fayetteville, AR. One particular question I have is: Did I get his feet too close to the bottom of the shot. Other critique is also appreciated and valued.

Yes it's a little close. I would like to see his paints and brushes too. Still a good image, either way.

#1 Tell him to pull his pants up.

#2 Looks to me as if you correctly exposed for the sunlit area of the image and the painter is underexposed. Likely should be the other way around since he is your subject.

#3 Yes, I think this calls for a little more frame space below his legs.
    No, I DON'T need that.

In addition to MB1's comments, I'd add that I would like to either have the angle such that the focus was either his face.......or more of the painting....now it feels like the "Subject" could be either.

He looks very carefree and untidy and that is what I like about this. His casual approach to his work; leaning the board against the tree and the look of concentration on his face is great. The type of artist I would buy from.
Yes a little more at the bottom would have topped this shot off very well.
    Well done.

nice shot....yes, I would like to see more space down by his feet...and although I love the profile positioning, I would like to maybe see the angle a little bit more to the right, to reveal what he is painting....did he know you were taking this pic?

I can see his butt....silly hippies

from one pentax fan to another, good job!

These ladies were the subject of the Dixon Street Picasso. I am not sure if he knew I was taking his pic or not. He didn't acknowledge me.

I appreciate all the feedback. Thanks to all.
