    I like it, a typical cop lecturing an unbelieving citizen, world wide appeal, all cops are the same. LOL Overall excellent work.

    The only thing I would have preferred is more light on the bikers face... or at least a bit more dodging?? but that's a preference, or something that might add.... not a correction.

    The image is great, and the story... well I am afraid to ask, but was this really what the cop was saying?

    I tried to follow your advice for the face. What do you think?
    Was coming to a bicycle race (the Tour of Italy). In this case, the officer pointed the direction from which came the runners.
