I wouldn't pretend to know how to critique this.

Very compelling work. I might get rid of those white highlights which appear through the image, though I'm not exactly sure why.

Yeah there are places where the white highlights help I think. In places where they make the bubbles look like enamel or teeth, but there are other places where it probably does not help.

I think I probably ought to crop off much of the top of it.
