Well Not really Stomy , that passed through but left some fog behind.

it didn't stop us we went out for a ride , and I got this by Accident , when the flash did not fire when it was suppose to.

That's really good. I think you should crop some off of the top and maybe some off of the left and uncenter your subject and get rid of some negative space

At first glance it looks like a picture of coal miners. I agree with the above post about getting rid of some of the negative space however be careful not to get rid of to much as that It really gives it a nice ghostly look.
