This looks like something from a movie where zombies are just about to bust out of the old hospital doors and stuff. It gives a feeling that the power is out at the end, and that is where you have to head for what you need to get to. It adds suspense as to whats in that corner. Your eyes are lead right to it. I like this photo. Good job!

Nitpicks:

the clock is slightly cropped. I think it would also be more effective if the clock was shot at say, 2:00am. It would make an even higher sense of suspense and such in the photo.

On top of what SS critiqued - It looks tilted to the right, which adds to the tention for me and its subtle enough to look deliberate to add to the atmosphere.

I also like the equipment littering the corridor, as if everyone has fled the Ghouls. One thing that you could do to give it more of the spooky feel is to have a ghostly image in the distance.

Nice, reminds me of work 10 years ago.

I see there are two clocks, one further down the corridor.
And in that doorway there is an exit sign, just like the one in the foreground.

Oh and even further away, right in the distance, theere seems to be another clock.
Cropped (get down lower and to your right) but the far doorframe.

If you walk back along the corridoor, is there a fourth clock?
Shoot this agian with a longer lens and get all of them in the image.
The endless monotony of the same corridor, the same clock, the same time, all going nowhere into the dark would be a powerful image.

And a familiar one from my time walking the hospital at odd hours.
