Had to try out the 1.8 50mm what do you think about the crop?

Did you shoot this wide open?
The reason I ask, is because the image is very blured, soft or out of focus.

yeah it was on 1.8 it was hard trying to get in focus, i need to buy a AF. trying for that ultra brokeh

I think the image is too compressed from top to bottom and having the flower in the center of the frame doesn't help.

Good idea though.

well I tried the Orton effect a little . Does it work better?
