Dam at Red Ridge Michigan

This is an old dam located in Red Ridge, Michigan in the Upper Penninsula near Houghton. Any thoughts, compliments, critiques? Feel free to edit.

Great color, great depth and I really like the "V" look of the beams.

Hard to improve on this one.

One of the things I was concerned with was if the overall photo was too busy...I still haven't decided what I think about it.

It is a strange dam, basically all of this truss work holds up a series of steel plates, this photo is taken from under the steel plates (the back side of the dam).

Joe - Interesting angles and geometry. The background isn't quite as good, but it's still visually pleasing. I'd keep this place in mind for a potential spot to pose a model (if that doesnt sound ridiculas...........)
