    cross1

    another shot that i took while i had forgotten that my iso was on 800 from the night before. i liked the look of this anyways though.

    to be honest it really lacks subject so badly blown out,one could draw a cross on paper to match this shot, not trying to be mean, but you know its blown out high iso, and you posted on the critique forum. this is bad and you know it, right.

    I don't know. I sort of like it and the empty space. Could use some sharpening, I think.
    Of course, my taste is a bit strange sometimes.

    I really like the simplicity of this photo. I would say to try and take the same picture with a nice blue sky behind or even a night shot. Im new to cameras but I am not new to artistic perspectives so that is my thought

    this is the same place just with a ton of - exposure compensation. the picture was still pretty noisy from the 800iso. a nice lesson learned though to remember to check my settings before leaving.
    i figured some people wouldnt like the "drawn" look of the original post because it is obviously a technically bad photo.

    I don't much care for either image but I'd take the first one over the second. The first image could at least be "Arty" whereas the second image is just "Blah".
    No, I DON'T need that.
