    crop, or not?

I'm undecided, should I crop the bottom, and lose the curve of the overrider ?
Or leave the pebbles in there and get that curve to break up the lines?
    Or just bin it ?

Well, Paul...this is a toughie!! I really don't think you can crop the bottom without losing something in the overrider(?)...but I'm just not sure about the pebbles. They do give the feel of incongruity with the dirt and rocks against the shiny chrome though. The patterns are very very cool in this, especially the reflection there. I would crop just above the beginning of the pattern though, where the strip of chrome is at the top of the photo. But that's just imo...you may find others feel differently.

Great reflections and I can see the dilema, agree that the contrast that the pebbles offer could be effective but am not sure how to maximise on it given this composition.

Tried cropping a few alternatives, this brings a slightly more abstract result...(might be an idea to clone out the vertical line at the lower right hand side of the image).

I was thinking of Herriot's crop. That bar on the top had to go IMO and the pebbles just were too much of a contrast for me. Nice shot though...good eye for an abstract shot.
