Cracked Glass With Color

This is the cracked plate glass window of a popular store. I was drawn to the patterns of the broken glass and the faded colors behind it.

This is a great idea and has a lot to offer in regards to texture and color and abstraction patterns, etc. My only gripe with this one is the large out of focus area in the lower right.

Either crop this up a bit tighter to make the OOF areas minimal or reshoot with a more straight on approach. Might want to bring out the colors with a bit more vibrancy as well.
As it is i like it, but these are my thoughts for improving.

Hey, it almost looks like a dense spider web!
I love photos of the out of ordinery like this, things we see and go "that'd make a nice photo, and non photogs say What will??"

Was this using a macro lens?
