I love the motion of the waterfall and the fact that you can see the rocks under the water. Did you use a polarizer? Nice placement of the rock in the foreground. There is something that doesn't work, but I can't seem to put my finger on what that is. Maybe more on the right, it looks like the pool is cut off or something. It seems to have perfect exposure, color and contrast.

I think you should have gotten in the water more to your right...then again...I don't have wadders either.

The photo seems to be of rock with a waterfall back ground, which it is ok if that's what you want
    wonderful colors and exposure
Maybe zoom in much more on the waterfall?

The leaves seem to make this a little messy, especially the leaf movement on the water. Perhaps a different time of year. You have a lovely spot here and would be worth a revisit. Also I would prefer a little closer.

Isn't it a cool thing in nature that the colours never seem to clash...

I have no issues with you editing my photos

Thanks to all. I have all kinds of shots of this ....some of which are closer and with less leaves - this one was the "odd" one so I wanted to hear what others thought.

I love the colors and the movement, but I think it seems "odd" due to composition with the waterfall and rock both in the center. If you had perhaps moved to the left and put waterfall at upper left and rock at lower right, I think it might have been more pleasing.
