I did a shoot with a up and coming country western singer Dale Tyge whom just got signed. He wanted me do a promo shoot for his CD. here are some of that I like.

Good work. I'd like to see his face brightened just a tiny smidgen in the 4th one (just enough to barely make out details). I also really like the second one, but I think the hat shadow on his face hurts it some. All good work, I think the 4th one is my favorite.
The last two are outstanding (the first of which *may* benefit from a tighter crop). Would you mind sharing the lighting setup - what, where, and how much juice?
The first is good so far as the pose and lighting, but to me not punchy/contrasty enough. Or maybe just not bright enough in the highlights. Second is good, but his face/skin texture looks weird for some reason. Very "effected." What did you do? Third one does nothing for me.
